Availability and best Rates.

Calendar results show the availbility and rates based on number of guests ,arrival day and minimum stay requirement.     

Terms and Conditions:
- we require 25% of total for your stay upon reservation as deposit and reservation guarantee, the remaining amount to be settled by 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policies:

If reservation is cancelled 46 or more days prior to arrival no penalty is applied and the paid amount will be reimbursed
( excluding Bank Transfer fees and commissions ). If the reservation is cancelled 45 or less days prior to arrival, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total rental amount will be withold by the property.
Should cancellation be made 30 days or less prior to arrival due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, or certified inability to travel , the paid amount can be transferred to a new reservation within 12 months from the original dates.
No show, late arrival and early departure will be billed for the entire reserved stay.

Restrictions:
- Some of our houses require different minimum lengh of stay from 2 to 3 nights, please check the availability calendar.
- Some of our houses require length of stay of 3 nights from June 17 to September 18 2022 


Discounts:
- For stays of 2 consecutive weeks, we reserve a special discount of 20% if booked directly with us.

  • Arrival day / Time ?

    As you could notice, we have created an internal rule for some of our houses where guest are invited to book their stay with minimum 2 or 3 nights stay, exclusively for operational reasons, however in case of availability or in case you decide to rent the entire Borgo, we are flexible, based on your special requests. Feel free to send us an e-mail and we will do the best we can to accommodate your request. 

    Departures are preferred by 10:30 am and arrivals are recommended in the afternoon, after 16:00. ( to agree with your flexible host Gabriele )

    To avoid any disappointment, we encourage you to share with us your arrival time, even if it's approximate. We understand that driving time is depending on many factors, but your arrival time is important to us as we are expecting you. 


  • Is the car rental reccomended ?

    Yes , we strongly recommend to rent a car or come to us by your own car. Borgo has 8 shadow stalls and car will not suffer. Borgo is located 600 mts from the main road, 3 minutes to Montecastelli and 8 minutes to Super Strada ( E45), which is the main gateway to discover most of the cities and attractions in Umbria and Tuscany. We can support in arranging different solution, so share your idea with us in advance. 

  • What activities I can do during the stay ?

    Of course, you may have all your days organized as you wish, however depending on weather, our recommendation is to explore , visit and taste what Umbria or Tuscany have to offer. We will be of support in recommending and organizing your offsite activities, which can be private or group, as you decide. We partner with the most expert and safest tour companies to make sure it becomes a nice memory !  

  • Who is assisting me during the stay ?

    Gabriele is your host, Gabriele is English,  Spanish, French and of course Italian speaking expert General Manager, and will assist you in certain moments during your stay, besides he remains available to answer your questions , Gabriele knows that time you spend with your family is precious, so we decided to leave all controls over to you.  We support.

  • What is included in the rental ?

    Rental does include the use of fine linen and towels, cleaning fee or extra cleaning , to be agreed with your host, in case of weekly stays,, however we respect if you decide not to take this advantage. Rental also includes , use of shared swimming pool, wi-fi, Boccie court and use of small Gym.

    Each house has an smart TV located in the living room, the TV is connected to the network. free to connect to Netflix, Spottify, Alexa or any other platform you are afficionado .

    The rent is for the whole of the house, irrespective of the number of accompanying persons: each house has designated maximum number of guests and we cannot override this rule.  Every house above 4 occupants has a fireplace which we will prepare for your arrival, however an extra logs may be requested during the stay ( at a charge )

    No parties on the premises  unless agreed with the management. 

    We love animals, however, based on past experiences, pets may generate some disturbance and are not accepted.


  • Do i share Borgo with other guests ?

    Yes, in case other houses are rented, you may share the premises with other guests that have also decided to enjoy peace of Umbria and Tuscany at the same time. In case you have rented the entire Borgo, nobody will be accessing the grounds without your permission. However, our houses are large and silent, grounds are spacious and we have curated all aspects to make your stay the most private. 

  • Are there any starter supplies ?

    Each house will be expecting you with fresh crispy linen and premium bathroom amenities. ( Fragonard  ) 

    You may preorder what is important to you, and we will make it delivered. Our kitchens are equipped with enough appliances to support you in your Umbrian recipes, however, our Host can be of support in arranging what is needed.  

    Every kitchen has Espresso and American coffee machine , selection of tea, sugar, etc.

    Once you have booked with us, your Host will share a special QR code or website that will be of support, indicating our recommendations for shops, restaurants, delicatessen, closest pharmacy, medical support or excursions etc. All in one on your mobile. 

  • Swimming Pool

    We know you are expecting some sunny weather during your stay, yes we hope it too, hence we have decided to open our swimming pool earlier than anyone else as you may wish to lay on the sun already from April. The pool will close by mid November.  Our swimmingpool is not artificially heated.
